Since your assistant will work with you to develop standard operating procedures, you will also enjoy a high level of consistency and professionalism across your business. Finally, we are an independent contractor rather than an employee, so there are no employer benefits to worry about providing.

Your primary point of contact will be Kristin Dulaney, our founder. Based on the scope and type of work, she may support your business needs or recommend someone from her team. She will never subcontract work without your express approval.

For monthly, recurring services, rates start at $50/hour. Exact pricing varies, however, based on complexity of assignment and total number of monthly hours contracted.

Ad hoc services are generally billed at a flat rate based on the scope and type of assignment.

After your free discovery call, you can decide to contract Mercury Business Solutions for your business support needs. Once the contract is signed and retainer received, we complete a virtual onboarding meeting to review your current practices, discuss communication preferences, and logistics of how we will work together. Service delivery begins next and is based on your business' specific needs.
